Door Store and Windows has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award in both the Windows and the Doors categories, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2014. Door Store and Windows also earned the Angie’s List Super Service Award for Doors and Windows in 2013 and Windows in 2012.
“We really want to thank our window and door customers…especially those using Angie’s List…for their feedback on our service. As we stay true to our mission to create outstanding customer experiences, it’s great to hear from our customers that we’re doing so well.” says Ann Gregory, co-owner of Door Store and Windows along with her sister, Laurie Scarborough. Laurie adds, “This award is a result of our terrific team and how they go above and beyond to satisfy our customers. We’re very fortunate to have such amazing people in our organization…and to have great customers that love our work.”
“Only about 5 percent of the companies Door Store and Windows competes with in Louisville, KY have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2014 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade.
