Replacement Sales Consultant (Metro Louisville)

The Replacement Sales Consultant is responsible for running company-set appointments with homeowners (NO COLD CALLING) and selling windows and doors to those clients.  With over 25 years in the industry, Door Store and Windows is focused on selling and installing the best quality doors and windows to customers around our city. We supply the tools necessary to be successful with uncapped earning potential.  As a locally owned, family run business we believe that a work/life balance makes all of us successful.

Job Description

• Achieve annual sales, market share, and profitability goals in targeted area.
• Collaborate with sales leadership team to identify, recommend, and implement sales and service strategies and goals.
• Run pre-set appointments Monday-Friday.
• Conduct consultations which include product, installation, and service explanations, measures, and contract negotiations and closure.
• Become an expert on products and services we provide.
• Work within company pricing guidelines.
• Follow Company’s Sales Process including  a 1-call close (when applicable.)
• Follow up on orders to assure timely delivery of product, customer satisfaction and prompt payment.
• Showroom duties, including some Saturdays, are required.

You’re a good fit if….

• Two years of sales experience with formal sales training is a plus.
• Customer service oriented
• A self starter
• Positive mindset
• Drivers license, with a reliable personal vehicle
• Genuine interest in the home improvement industry
• Thirst for knowledge
• Money motivated
• High school diploma is required, a college degree is preferred
• Good organization and communication skills are a must.  

Earning Potential

• $90k to $200k including base salary, commissions and bonuses
