Door Store and Windows COVID-19 Modifications

Door Store and Windows is an essential construction and building materials business. During the COVID-19 health crisis, we are remaining open to help keep your home safe and secure.

Our Modified Selling and Installation Procedures:

Initially, we’ll review your needs and answer your product and design questions virtually (by phone or Zoom) and exchange photos of your existing windows and doors.

Once you decide on the scope of your project, we’ll need measurements of the windows and doors to be replaced in order to generate a quote. In some cases, you can provide the measurement, or we can come to your home and measure openings from the outside.

Once the quote is prepared, our sales consultants will present the design concept to you and provide a price.

If you wish to view the product in-person, the windows and doors we sell are on display in our showroom. Visits to the showroom are currently by appointment only. The showroom is cleaned and disinfected daily.

Once your purchase is made, we will take a second measurement of your window or door openings. We will need access to your home, but our team is taking the following precautions:

• Sanitizing hands before entering
• Following social distancing guidelines
• Wearing face masks

Our goal is to be in and out of your house as quickly as possible. We will not enter your house if anyone is sick or under quarantine.

Our Installation Manager, Craig, will ensure that your window or door installation goes smoothly and safely.

Before the installation, we will again confirm that the residents in your home are not sick or under quarantine.

During installation, you can expect our team to take the following precautions:

• Sanitizing hands before entering
• Covering your floors where we work, including our paths through your house
• As we leave, we will wipe down any door handles we’ve touched with Clorox wipes.

For your safety and the safety of our team, during installation:

• Please stay at least six feet from crew members at all times.
• Please refrain from entering a room where we’re working.
