Ann Gregory
Owner
As Owner of the Door Store and Windows for over 25 years, Ann Gregory takes great pride in making homes beautiful and customers happy. Working alongside a great team of fun, hard-working individuals make coming to work easy, and business successful. The professional work that customers receive has often grown into lifelong friendships between Ann and her customers. She finds it so gratifying to run into customers randomly and hear how much they loved their experience with the Door Store and Windows. Ann enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, her dog Rooney, gardening, hiking, beach vacations, and working on her own home, both inside and outside.
Laurie Gregory Scarborough
Owner
Owner Laurie Gregory Scarborough has owned and operated Door Store and Windows alongside business partner Ann Gregory for the last 17 years. Her relationship with the Door Store and Windows began in 1998, when she joined and led another Gregory family enterprise – a residential entry door fabrication company. The family sold its interest in 2006, and shortly after Laurie joined Ann at the Door Store and Windows. Laurie is motivated to not only make home more beautiful for customers, but more comfortable, too. She and her team are able to deliver on comfort with quality, energy efficient windows and doors that leave customers satisfied thanks to successful installation and top-notch service. When not working, Laurie maintains an active lifestyle: enjoying fitness and exercise, playing handbells, and singing in her church choir.
Matt Germond
Sales Manager
As Sales Manager, Matt loves to see customers’ ideas become reality by helping them find the perfect doors and windows for their vision. He has honed his expertise and genial manner through 17 years working in customer service, 9 of which have been in the window and door industry. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hanging out with his wife and two boys, and secretly rooting for UK even though he’s a UofL graduate.
Craig Rowe
Installation Manager
Craig Rowe loves helping make clients happy with the exceptional work he’s contributed to the Door Store and Windows over the last 17 years. As Installation Manager, Craig enjoys the variety of a job that sees him both in the office and out in homes working to make homes more beautiful, comfortable, and functional for his clients. When off-the-clock, Craig can be found doing his own home renovations through skills he’s developed over the years, spending time with family, camping, and boating.
Jennifer Griffis
Controller
While Controller Jennifer Griffis used to dream of a career in musical theater, she’ll tell you the feeling of family that working for a small company brings is equally rewarding. With years of prior experience in credit unions and as a former small business owner, Jennifer is now right where she belongs at the Door Store and Windows, where she’s spent the last four years. When not working, Jennifer spends time with her daughter, attends soccer games, designs jewelry, reads, and sings.
Linda Cardin
New Construction Inside Sales
With 25 years of experience in the window and door business, Linda Cardin, Inside Sales, knows the ins and outs of the business. She’s been with the Door Store and Windows for eight years, and brings an expertise that’s unmatched. Once the work day winds down, Linda enjoys baking and cooking. If there’s a recipe for success, Linda has it.
Don Erickson
New Construction Sales Consultant
With an attention to detail clients appreciate, Don Erickson has over 20 years of experience working with Builders, Architects, and homeowners in the window and door industry (also a 20 year BIA of Louisville member), 14 years at the Door Store and Windows. As New Construction Sales Consultant, Don creates functional and dramatic spaces that enhance the warmth and livability of homes. As a Chicago Bears and White Sox fan, he remains humble but unwaveringly hopeful, but turns to gardening and the outdoors as his tried and true escapes.
Daniel Fultz
New Construction Sales Consultant
Our New Construction Sales Consultant, Daniel Fultz, grew up in a house of designers – his dad is an architect and his mother an interior designer – so he likes to say his insight into the design process has been ingrained since birth. His favorite part of consulting is connecting with people and providing an end product that makes them happy. When not at work, he loves to spend time with friends and family.
Karen LaMontagne
Replacement Sales Consultant
Karen LaMontagne, Replacement Sales Specialist, with degrees in Interior Architecture & Design and experience in residential lighting & furniture, brings 16 years of invaluable industry experience, eight as part of the Door Store & Windows team. Karen is passionate about working alongside clients to provide the best solutions, and loves seeing ideas and process come to fruition. When not at work, Karen is likely on the move, from cheering on the Cards at UofL sporting events, travel sports with her children, or running marathons! Karen likes making plans, and keeps it all organized with color-coded calendars for each family member.
Steven Tolle
Replacement Sales Consultant
Sales Consultant Steven Tolle brings five years of new construction sales and six years global relocation consulting experience to the Door Store and Windows team, for which he’s been a part of since late December 2022. Since joining the team, Steven cites problem solving on customer homes of various styles as the part of the work he enjoys most. In terms of hobbies, problem solving comes in the form of crossword puzzles, which Steven works to solve as part of his morning routine. Outside of that, Steven loves spending time with his wife and four children, attending UofL sporting events, hunting, golfing and heading out west for an annual snowboarding trip.
Jennifer Goselin
Accountant
Accountant Jennifer Goselin brings a wealth of experience to the Door Store & Windows team, having worked over four years in public accounting and over five in the industry as an internal auditor. Spending the last two years with us, Jennifer loves the flexibility and variety her work brings, and is always eager to learn and try something new, which off-the-clock has translated to activities such as bungee jumping and dirt bike riding. As a proud mother to two daughters, Jennifer finds joy in watching her daughters grow and experience new things, as well as traveling, and playing tennis.
Kevin Scarborough
Warehouse Supervisor
Eager for the challenge and new opportunities each day brings, Kevin Scarborough, Warehouse Supervisor at the Door Store and Windows for the past two years, loves thinking critically and rising to the occasion for supporting customer installations, product receiving and worksite deliveries. When not swimming in the work he enjoys, Kevin can be found in the pool, either for leisure or working as a swim coach. Kevin also spends time philanthropically, supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity. In the past, Kevin has garnered experience in many forms of operations, managing implementations of computer systems, and even building internal controls that support data security and privacy.
Don Taylor
New Construction Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician for going on five years, Don Taylor keeps busy on the job, inspecting new houses and home designs. Don enjoys working, and makes “the busier the better” his mantra, both professionally and in hobbies. When not working, Don spends his time on the water, fishing or kayaking, and time on land fine-tuning his skills of carpentry and cabinet making.
Chris Valdez
Installation Coordinator
Chris Valdez has been on the Door Store and Windows team for five years. He understands that working to help his co-workers be successful leads to success for customers, and is motivated to deliver on a promise of hard work and customer satisfaction. In his spare time, Chris enjoys history, biographies, and science. His hobbies include reading, carpentry and woodworking.
