Installation Coordinator

METRO LOUISVILLE

Door Store and Windows is looking for a professional, friendly, team player with  strong organizational skills to join our customer service team as an Installation Coordinator. Established in 1997, Door Store and Windows is a window and door specialty company. Locally owned and operated by two sisters, Ann Gregory and Laurie Scarborough, we work with homeowners, designers, builders and remodelers. We’ve been an A+ rated company by the Better Business Bureau for more than 18 years.

This job might be for you if you:

• Are dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish
• Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and excel at handling many details
• Enjoy working with customers, suppliers and our sales and install teams
• Have a positive attitude and don’t get flustered easily

Requirements:

• One or more years of customer service experience
• Installation planning/building industry experience a plus
• Sales training a plus
• Strong computer skills, especially Word and Excel

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with customers in the showroom and scheduling sales calls
• Preparing customer job folders
• Coordinating pre-install services
• Contacting customers to schedule installations and managing install calendar
• Reviewing product order confirmations and tracking product ship dates
• Debriefing installers and following up on details as necessary
• Answering telephone
• Tracking and ordering office supplies
