Part-Time Inside Sales-Intake Specialist

Are you an excellent communicator with a desire to enter the world of inside sales? Are you naturally organized and able to effectively multitask?

Door Store and Windows is seeking a dependable, Part-Time Inside Sales-Intake Specialist. The Door Store and Windows is a highly successful, locally owned and operated company in business since 1997. Our flagship products are built by Marvin Windows and Doors and ProVia.

The ideal candidate will have some college experience in communications or a related field. Responsibilities include answering phones, setting appointments, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting our marketing team. A commitment to customer satisfaction is critical, as well as producing high-quality, meticulous, and timely work. We employ honest and trustworthy people who work hard.

We pay high dollar wages and offer a benefits package, including vacation and holiday pay, and health insurance.

Requirements:

• High school equivalent; some college experience preferred
• Ability to answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
• Ability to maintain a scheduling calendar for the sales team
• A pleasant demeanor
• The right candidate must be able to work weekends
