“Fantastic Double Doors, I had my Black, Half glass doors installed in August of 2017. I worked with Dena. She had a good outgoing happy personality. I had lots of question and she took time to answer them and helped with the indecision that I had. The guys that installed the doors were very polite, professional, and were very efficient. This has to be one of the best purchases I have made for my home. Enjoy the doors whenever exit or entering through the doors.”

“It has been a good month since are new Marvin windows were installed. We remain very happy with the windows both with their energy efficiency and, with some high spring winds and heavy rains, no air leakage infiltration or noise. The near seamless transition from the arched window to the double hung windows adds tremendously to their aesthetics. This speaks well both for the quality of Marvin windows but equally the quality of your installers. From the day the windows were installed we were impressed with the fact that all flooring and furniture was covered and protected from work dust and willingness of your people to explain some of the installation process. Recently we laid new mulch outside the windows where we did not see any nails, old caulk, and other ‘this-and-thats’ that you would have expected to see. Truly shows the pride of your installers. “To say our windows are awesome is an understatement! But, even more impressive is the care this company took in ensuring a wonderful experience. As an example, Ann made an extra trip to check how our window frame would match theirs. That extra trip resulted in the choice that matches our den windows perfectly. The installation team was every bit professional and caring taking time for finishing touches. When a screen needed to be replaced, it was brought to our attention and a new one was brought out at our convenience. “Windows were completed ahead of schedule. Team arrived when expected. We have an old house, and there was some surface wood rot on one of the old window frames, and they diligently removed that before installing the new windows and cladding. They worked efficiently from set up to tear down. in addition to being air tight, our home is also quieter. There was a little glaze on one of the windows, but they provided a gift certificate for a free window wash, so that should take care of that. We also had our home painted prior to the window installation, and the windows really completed the look. We are so pleased with the outcome.”

“Everything was top notch from the moment Karen came for our initial meeting. I listened to 7 window companies so I learned a lot about Windows! The reasons we went here are bc I liked the fiberglass windows, more efficient and last 40+ years. We went with bronze and it gave our home a completely different look, it’s so classy, we love it! Steve and all the installers were amazing, so accommodating and respectful. such a great experience!”

“We were truly impressed with the level of professionalism with the installation of our windows. They left my house cleaner than they found it! Not only was the installation top-notch and looks absolutely amazing, but they cleaned and cleansed as they went and respected my home to the utmost. What they thought was a one day job, turned out to be a two day install because of the care and time they put into each step of the process (they were fixing sills and putting all new wood and trim as well). When we called our sales rep to find out when we could get back on the schedule because the installers were not scheduled here for more than a day, she moved things around to get them back here the very next day. Thank gosh, because I was having company over the weekend and did not want my house to look half like a construction zone! They really exceeded my expectations and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs new windows. Oh, and the finished product looks absolutely amazing. Quality, quality, quality!”
